Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Operations.
• Product/registration information in systems experience.
• End-to-end global regulatory change management experience.
• Strong data governance and master data management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage all RIM events and related records, ensuring accurate reflection of product market registrations and master data alignment.
• Interpret health authority communications and drive system updates with stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Review and approve data change requests to ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain active dossiers throughout the product lifecycle with accuracy and alignment to authorities’ decisions.
• Train and support users on data quality standards and processes; drive process improvements.
