Medtronic plc is seeking a Manager of Regulatory Affairs - Strategic Alliances to lead regulatory support for alliance partners and serve as the primary regulatory interface across the partnership lifecycle.

You will translate partner agreements and product roadmaps into global regulatory strategies, coordinate registration plans, and optimize processes across regions while managing a direct report and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of regulatory experience in medical devices.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in a regulated global environment.
• Ability to translate strategy into structured regulatory plans and milestones.
• Strong communication and influence skills with executives and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as regulatory point of contact for assigned strategic alliance partners and translate agreements into global regulatory plans.
• Drive execution of registration plans through product design and regional teams, establishing governance and progress visibility.
• Coordinate partner portal requests and provide timely, accurate regulatory responses to health authorities.
• Lead cross-functional troubleshooting, issue resolution, and coordination of product changes and regulatory impacts.
• Develop and mentor team members, allocate work based on priority and partner complexity.
