**Compensation Range for This Position Is $19 - $21.78/HR

Mercy Ships is seeking 2 Global Recruiting Coordinator’s to engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a high-touch and efficient experience. This role includes responding to inquiries, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring complete and qualified applications are delivered to the Global Recruiting Sector Leader. The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role infacilitatinga smooth candidate journey whilemaintainingaccuratedata and supporting the overall recruitment strategy. Flexibility isrequired, as early morning work may be necessary to accommodate applicants in different time zones.
