Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Global Head of Real Estate and Workplace to own Deepgram's physical spaces from site selection to operations. You will read leases, lead buildouts, stand up facilities operations, and hire a small team to run the function across multiple locations, including international sites.

This role demands 10+ years in workplace real estate or capital projects, strong negotiation and project leadership, and a proven ability to transform space into a scalable, brand-aligned experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years in workplace, real estate, facilities, or capital projects, with end-to-end ownership of at least one office buildout.
• Ability to travel and operate across multiple cities or international markets.
• Experience negotiating or managing commercial leases and working with brokers/landlords.

Responsibilities

• Owns the real estate and workplace function from site selection through buildout, leasing, and operations.
• Build and lead a small workplace team; develop repeatable playbooks for future openings.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Ops to manage budgets, contracts, and compliance.
• Ensure spaces align with Deepgram brand, culture, and operational needs.
• Lead multi-location projects, coordinating architects, GCs, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
