Job summary

PSC Biotech seeks an experienced Project Manager to support cross-functional operational readiness and inspection readiness initiatives within a regulated life sciences environment. You will coordinate action plans, track milestones, manage risks, and provide project governance for assigned initiatives.

Coordinate readiness actions for deviations, CAPAs, and improvement initiatives. Maintain dashboards and leadership reports to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or life sciences.
• 3-7 years of project management experience in regulated Life Sciences.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, dependency management, and status reporting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US. No C2C at this time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate action plans, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate issue resolution and project governance for assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate readiness actions for deviations, CAPAs, and operational improvements.
• Prepare and maintain project status updates, KPIs, and leadership reports.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Validation and other teams.
