Chiesi USA is seeking an experienced marketing leader for the U.S. rare diseases portfolio. The role focuses on developing HCP strategy, leading tactical execution, and driving both personal and non-personal promotion across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in pharma/biotech, 5+ years in marketing, and strong program management skills, with preference for U.S. launch experience and rare disease background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• 5+ years in marketing.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop HCP strategy and lead tactical execution.
• Support brand strategy development and launch readiness.
• Lead peer-to-peer strategy and execution (congresses, advisory boards, speaker bureaus).
• Manage congress strategy, exhibit design, sponsorships, and events.
• Gather market insights to inform launch strategies.
• Develop and execute personal and non-personal launch tactics.
• Partner with Sales leadership to ensure readiness of materials and training.
• Manage agency partners, budgets, timelines, and promotional reviews.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs for compliant materials.
