Qualifications

• Broad professional experience in global supply chain management, production planning, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record coordinating supply and production programs across multi-site manufacturing environments and international regions.
• Connecting demand forecasts, material readiness, supplier capacity, and manufacturing schedules.
• Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional programs across engineering, procurement, finance, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in supply modeling, risk assessment, and operational reporting.
• Demonstrated capability to manage supplier performance and lead business reviews at both operational and executive levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting strategic options and risks to leadership.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic supply planning across global regions by linking capacity, hardware availability, and rack manufacturing.
• Manage Material & Production Readiness: Oversee weekly supply allocation reporting, shortage reviews, and material-readiness assessments.
• Guide Operational Tradeoffs: Identify supply constraints and present allocation options to Capacity Planning.
• Translate Long-Term Strategy: Convert quarterly/annual capacity forecasts into operational requirements for L11 integration partners.
• Monitor Program Financials & Progress: Track CapEx against rack integration and deployment plans, providing leadership with risk updates.
• Lead Supplier Relationships: Partner with global L11 integration providers through reviews covering capacity, delivery, cost, quality.
• Expand Resilient Manufacturing: Evaluate new suppliers and build locations to strengthen geographic resiliency and capacity.
• Support Commercial Operations: Validate supplier requisitions, purchase orders, and agreements while supporting leadership approvals.
• Partner on Global Supply Risk Mitigation: Collaborate to identify and mitigate risks involving capacity bottlenecks, logistics hurdles, tariffs, and regional concentration.
• Partner on New Product Introductions (NPI): Translate evolving hardware designs into preproduction and build readiness plans.
• Support Supplier Quality: Analyze supplier performance, coordinate escalations, and track cross-functional issues.
• Operationalize ERP Workflows: Support ERP process adoption and identify improvements to planning and reporting.
• Deliver Executive Insights: Create forecasts, reporting, and risk assessments for leadership review.
• Scale the Operating Model: Establish sustainable frameworks that expand production capacity and efficiency.
