Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Global Quality Tech Manager to drive QA/QC governance across data center design, construction and retrofit. You will standardize quality frameworks, shape KPIs, and lead a global QMS from design to operations handoff, addressing rework and commissioning delays with scalable lessons learned.

This role requires a strong background in quality management, construction or project management, and collaboration across geographies; AWS offers robust benefits and RSUs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in quality management or related field with construction experience.
• Experience implementing quality standards across multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and KPI definition abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain global QA/QC standards and procedures across AWS data center projects.
• Establish and enforce QC templates, checklists, accept criteria, and documentation.
• Define global quality metrics and KPIs to benchmark performance.
• Create and maintain a global QMS spanning design to post-completion support.
