Job summary

Agilent seeks a Director, Head of Digital Quality & Intelligence to lead analytics, automation, and AI initiatives across Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs. You will shape the quality intelligence strategy, build scalable digital capabilities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will lead a global team, govern data use, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leadership to drive the modernisation of the QMS and the adoption of advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in life sciences with increasing managerial responsibility.
• 5+ years leading global teams in analytics, automation, AI, or digital quality.
• Experience with QMS, global processes, inspection readiness, governance.
• Proven portfolio, program, and project management across complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a risk-based QMS strategy and roadmap for GQ and GRA.
• Lead a global team of data analysts, data scientists, and software developers.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into scalable, data-driven digital solutions.
• Establish governance, lifecycle controls, and delivery practices for analytics and AI capabilities.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive adoption of digital quality initiatives and ensure compliance.
