Mativ is seeking a Quality Project Manager to lead quality system improvements across two manufacturing sites. You will drive APQP/PPAP, QMS enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic growth with a key customer.

This role emphasizes influencing without direct authority in a highly regulated aerospace environment. You will coordinate quality plans, MSAs, FAI activities, and risk-based thinking, while communicating progress to leadership and stakeholders across Quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in quality in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100 quality management systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting customer launches/transfers/growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop and improve QMS processes to meet customer requirements.
• Lead APQP/PPAP activities and FAI planning.
• Coordinate measurement system analyses and Gage R&R studies.
• Drive project schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure readiness.
