All Aviation Jobs seeks a Global Director of Quality to lead the enterprise-wide Quality Management System and drive regulatory compliance across global operations. This executive role interfaces with international civil aviation authorities and partners with leadership across maintenance, engineering, supply chain, and training to ensure airworthiness and excellence.

Qualifications

10–15 years in aircraft maintenance, quality or regulatory compliance.
5+ years in senior quality or aviation leadership roles.
Extensive FAA Part 145 and regulatory knowledge.
Experience managing FAA audits, corrective actions, and quality systems.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent written and verbal English communications.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise-wide leadership and governance for the global quality function.
Interface with FAA, EASA, CAAC, and UK CAA on regulatory matters.
Oversee QMS, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
Ensure airworthiness controls and inspection oversight globally.
Collaborate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to advance quality standards.
