Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Co in Cranberry Township, PA seeks a Principal Quality Specialist to lead quality assurance efforts, ensure compliance with regulatory and technical requirements, and support management system activities across the organization.

You will mentor teams, drive corrective action, audits, and process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional groups to strengthen the QMS and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree equivalent experience; Engineering or Technical Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of quality or technical experience.
• Certification as a Lead Auditor in NQA-1 or ISO-9001.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internal quality audits globally throughout the year with the expectation of obtaining/maintaining Lead Auditor Qualifications.
• Lead corrective action programs including issue ownership, causal analysis, and corrective actions.
• Lead, coordinate and integrate complex quality projects across multi-teams; monitor progress and drive results within budget and schedule.
