Job summary

IS International Services is looking for a Quality Engineer to lead investigations and improvement efforts across design, installation, commissioning, and service stages of energy storage products.

You will drive global process development, manage non-conformances, and ensure documentation compliance with quality procedures and regulatory standards, while collaborating with product teams for readiness and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 1-3+ years in quality, engineering, or operations in manufacturing or energy sectors.
• Experience managing non-conformities and cross-regional alignment.
• Knowledge of software/controls, batteries, inverters, or electrical systems is a plus.
• Experience driving quality systems, risk management, and lifecycle improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct investigation and resolution of design, installation, and operation issues.
• Lead global efforts to develop and share quality processes and reporting.
• Maintain inspection reports, test data, and non-conformance logs.
• Support quality testing, validation, and system commissioning.
• Triages quality intake, reduces backlog, and analyzes CAPAs/NCRs/JIRAs.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering to ensure readiness.
