Qualifications

• 5–10 years in quality control/assurance in manufacturing.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with fastener inspection and compliance standards.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and inspect with standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the QC team to meet quality objectives.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Technical Services to resolve quality issues quickly.
• Oversee inspection activities for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products to validate specifications.
• Ensure proper use, calibration, and recordkeeping for all inspection equipment.
• Review AS9102 FAIs and PPAP documentation including PSWs.
