Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Data Analytics/BI professional to build and automate reports, dashboards, and scorecards that align with quality and business priorities. The role involves transforming complex data from ERP and other systems into clear insights, collaborating with technical teams to blend data, and driving continuous improvements using Power BI and related tools.

The successful candidate will leverage MS 365 tools, Power Platform, and QMS knowledge to support global quality leaders

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Data Science/Applications, Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent with demonstrated technical abilities.
• 3+ years experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Strong MS 0365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot).
• Experience with multiple data sources and SQL, Power BI.
• Knowledge of ERPs and eQMS helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, automate, and publish reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Design digital solutions that transform data into insights for quality metrics.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify data tables and schemas.
• Assess current state reporting and drive process improvements with digital solutions.
• Use BI tools and visualization to identify trends and support decision making.
