Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Program Manager for Quality Assurance at the Mesa, AZ site. You will lead the global alignment of QA processes and tools, ensuring standardized practices and a unified Quality Management System across sites.

In this role you will drive a Quality Roadmap, interact with all levels of the organization, and coordinate with Steering Committee to approve changes before rollout. Travel 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Engineering required.
• 10+ years in Quality Assurance required.
• 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing plant experience required.
• 5 years of program/project management experience leading teams required.
• 25-50% travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program development from conception to realization across local and global sites.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and process owners; develop master project plan.
• Serve as liaison to FFEM sites to ensure best interests are carried out.
• Establish program controls and provide regular status updates; raise concerns with solutions.
• Report to Steering Committee to ensure regional/global alignment before implementation.
• Define and drive local US Quality Roadmap aligned with FFEM Quality Roadmap.
