Job summary

The role partners with Manufacturing Process Engineers, QC, and Supplier Quality to address raw material, process, and product shifts. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field with 6–7 years in QA for semiconductors, extensive problem-solving, Six Sigma, FMEA, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial or Quality Engineering.
• 6–7 years of QA systems experience; semiconductor industry preferred.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, CAPA and Six Sigma DMAIC.
• FMEA leadership, effective communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA data analysis, problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for process quality.
• Apply statistics and SPC to monitor process capability and quality.
• Lead ISO-9001 initiatives and Six Sigma projects cross-functionally.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Product management on quality issues.
