Job summary

Sappi is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to coordinate pulp procurement, production, global sales, and logistics from our Cloquet, MN facility. The role focuses on updating production and shipment schedules, maintaining inventory targets, and communicating across teams to meet customer requirements.

You will work with SAP, ERP, and related systems to track orders, generate reports, and support forecasting and month-end close activities. Travel as needed may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and professional experience in supply chain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update pulp production schedules to maximize machine utilization and meet delivery needs.
• Validate customer and order information against production capabilities and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide status updates to customers, global sales, and logistics on orders and schedules.
• Support weekly forecasts and three-month outlook with scheduling changes and cross-functional insights.
• Maintain master data and interfaces in SAP, Elixir, and other systems to ensure continuity.
