Job summary

Saicon is seeking a Global Intelligence Lead to join the Global Security & Resilience team, driving protective intelligence and strategic analysis across the enterprise in a fast-growing, international environment.

The role focuses on threat assessments for executive travel, OSINT investigations, and cross-functional collaboration with Travel, Legal, Communications, and Worldwide Operations to inform security protocols.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of intelligence analysis experience in corporate security or related sectors.
• Protective intelligence expertise and executive threat assessment experience.
• Strategic and geopolitical acumen with global business impact awareness.
• Proficient open-source intelligence tools and formal analytical techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of briefing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take a primary role in supporting protective intelligence and leading threat assessments for executive travel and high-profile events.
• Produce strategic intelligence assessments on geopolitical risks and emerging threats for enterprise risk management.
• Develop and deliver training workshops for GSOC and RSOC analysts to raise tradecraft and OSINT collection.
• Perform targeted OSINT investigations and provide ad-hoc threat support for rapid-response needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytical methodologies and structured analytical techniques.
• Collaborate with Travel, Crisis Communications, Legal, and Worldwide Operations to align risk mitigation.
• Deliver concise intelligence briefings to executives translating risk into actionable insight.
