Job summary

AIG, a leading global insurer, seeks a Global Property Underwriting Specialist to help drive underwriting guidelines and risk selection across markets. You will work with the CUO Property team to refine strategy, enhance data-driven decision making, and contribute to portfolio tools and processes.

You will partner with field colleagues and policy wording experts to support form needs, endorsements, and global tool development.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge how to build and understand strategies.
• Working knowledge of VBA to develop tools and offer relevant instruction to programming teams.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
• Experience in collaborating and working across different senior level.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Can demonstrate a background in developing and maintaining a broad network of contacts within a global insurance organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and develop underwriting guidelines with Global CUO Property.
• Update and manage the global Property SharePoint site.
• Support SCUP initiative and tool development.
• Collaborate with Policy Wording Specialists on form needs and endorsements.
• Engage with field to align systems and tools and provide underwriting perspective.
