The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of commercial property management experience, relevant certifications, and advanced skills in property management software. This position will involve a supervisory role and significant interaction with tenants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial property management.
• CPM, RPA, or CCIM certification is required.
• Advanced experience with real estate management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent tenant service and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure property compliance and upkeep.
• Manage staff operations including administration, engineering, and maintenance.
