Job summary

Culmen International LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Project Manager II to oversee domestic and international projects within ORS programs. You will support project plans, risk management, and interagency coordination to deliver on policy and security objectives.

The role requires strong writing, briefing, and stakeholder engagement skills, with 5–10 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in international affairs or related field; DoE Q clearance or ability to obtain it is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master\'s degree in international affairs, national security, public policy, communications, or related field.
• DOE Q clearance or the ability to obtain Q clearance.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of project work plans and portfolio strategies.
• Attend coordination meetings to provide input on status and issues.
• Support development of policy and technical analysis on radiological security issues.
• Develop and deliver briefings and reports on radiological security topics.
• Respond to quick-turn information requests for projects.
• Participate in meetings with domestic and international organizations on radiological security.
• Coordinate with ORS staff, DOE labs, and other agencies on interagency calls.
• Identify training needs of partners to meet project goals.
