  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with senior leadership to provide updates, seek guidance, and align project outcomes with organizational goals.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
  • Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
What You Contribute

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, track, and manage multiple projects and marketing materials simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Highly detail oriented, with demonstrated experience coordinating and managing complex projects from initiation through completion.
  • Experience partnering with medical, legal, regulatory, and quality teams, preferably within a highly regulated industry.
