Job summary

Helprise is seeking a Project Manager to support the Underage Access Prevention (UAP) Project. You will coordinate the deployment of age verification solutions across brand retail stores and work with global stakeholders, IT, Legal, and local market teams to ensure consistent delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in project management within large, international organizations, strong communication, and governance skills. Flexible work arrangements and a rewards program are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in large, international organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in governance, reporting, risk management, and change management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program governance including scope, timelines, KPIs, stakeholder decisions and actions.
• Coordinate deployment of age verification technology solutions with external vendors, IT, Legal and local market teams.
• Build and maintain an integrated project schedule and track progress against KPIs and success criteria.
• Manage risks, dependencies and issues across initiatives with mitigation plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and clarify roles and responsibilities across markets.
