Job summary

DRS RADA TECHNOLOGIES seeks a Global Project Manager to lead the operational interface among its global sites, coordinating ongoing activities, managing cross-organizational plans, and driving improvements to meet business requirements and continuity.

The role requires steering S&OP/S&OE processes, capacity management, and collaborative problem-solving across Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of global, cross-site project/operational experience.
  • Experience with multiple stakeholders and cross-organizational processes.
  • S&OP / S&OE processes experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of planning, production, supply chain, and capacity management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights to management.
  • Fluent English with ability to lead discussions and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate ongoing activities with global sites.
  • Lead S&OP / S&OE processes, coordinating across interfaces and driving decision-making.
  • Manage Material Allocation plans and Inter-site Shipping Plans.
  • Own Capacity Analysis globally, including resource utilization and capacity constraints.
  • Analyze operational gaps, provide management visibility, and lead corrective actions and Continuous Improvement.
  • Lead professional discussions, track action items, and drive interfaces across local and global teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality.
  • Manage multiple interfaces in a global environment, prioritizing, solving problems, and advancing processes.

Job description

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking a Global Project Manager to join our growing team.

The position includes leading the operational and professional interface between the company’s global sites, with responsibility for coordinating ongoing activities, managing cross-organizational plans and processes, identifying gaps, and driving solutions to ensure business requirements are met, operational continuity is maintained, and continuous improvement is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate ongoing activities with global sites.
  • Lead S&OP / S&OE processes, including coordination across all relevant interfaces and driving decision-making.
  • Manage Material Allocation plans and Inter-site Shipping Plans.
  • Own Capacity Analysis globally, including resource utilization, identification of capacity constraints, and planning to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Analyze operational gaps, provide management visibility, and lead corrective actions and Continuous Improvement processes.
  • Lead professional discussions, track action items, and drive interfaces across local and global teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in project management or in an operational / supply chain role within a global environment – min 5 Years at global environment.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-organizational processes.
  • Experience with S&OP / S&OE processes – an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Planning, Production, Supply Chain, and Capacity Management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, gap identification, and presentation of management insights.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to lead professional discussions, present topics, and lead meetings in English.
