The role involves leading complex loan origination workstreams, financial analysis, and due diligence across developing markets. Reporting to a Managing Director, you will coordinate across clients, internal teams, and external partners to move transactions from proposal to financial close and disbursement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in international business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in international finance, corporate finance, or project finance in last 7 years.
• US citizenship or ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience analyzing and structuring complex international finance capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analyses of loan proposals spanning financial, technical, economic, legal, and political dimensions.
• Conduct financial analyses to assess debt-service capacity and loan repayment ability.
• Create or adjust financial projections and run sensitivities on key drivers.
• Summarize due diligence findings for credit packages and present to committees.
