Job summary

Nexus Circular seeks a Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering on large capital projects (> $100M). You will supervise multi-disciplinary teams, set technical direction, and ensure safety and compliance across FEED, detailed design, construction, and startup.

You will partner with EPCs, licensors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to standardize processes, drive project excellence, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget across Nexus projects globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• Chartered Engineer or PE preferred.
• 10+ years delivering major capital projects, preferably in chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, or complex process industries.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineering Manager or Lead Technical Integrator on large EPC‑executed projects.
• Direct experience across front‑end development, FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client Project Engineering Manager for all project engineering and technical matters from front‑end development through construction, commissioning, startup, and handover to operations.
• Provide technical leadership and assurance across all disciplines, including process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and process control; utilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate interfaces with EPCs, licensors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver construction‑ready, execution‑focused deliverables.
