Job summary

Fluor is seeking a Project Control professional to support cost and schedule functions on diverse projects. This role contributes to planning, budgeting, and performance measurement for complex engineering and construction programs.

The candidate will work with project teams, develop control plans, and help ensure adherence to contract requirements while coordinating with multiple stakeholders worldwide, including potential international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in applicable field and six years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Strong communication with management, coworkers, clients, vendors and visitors.
• Sound technical knowledge and ability to learn applicable local, state/province, and federal guidelines.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work per contract.
• Accumulate and compile accurate cost data to prepare budgets and track progress.
• Develop cost control and scheduling procedures and plans for projects.
• Participate in weekly cost reviews and schedule meetings.
• Develop and maintain management, project and control level schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
