Job summary
Planate Management Group is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to support the Nairobi CAA Project. You will manage construction project controls, including cost and schedule management, reporting, and contract administration. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or 7 years of equivalent experience in the commercial construction industry, and must be proficient in Primavera and MS Office. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or 7 years of equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7 years in the commercial construction industry.
Experience drafting construction project controls reports using MS Office and Primavera.
Responsibilities
Manage construction project controls including cost and schedule management.
Prepare and maintain reports, control documents, daily logs, and project records.
Monitor contractor performance including submittals and construction progress.
