Planate Management Group is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to support the Nairobi CAA Project. You will manage construction project controls, including cost and schedule management, reporting, and contract administration. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or 7 years of equivalent experience in the commercial construction industry, and must be proficient in Primavera and MS Office. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in the commercial construction industry.
• Experience drafting construction project controls reports using MS Office and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project controls including cost and schedule management.
• Prepare and maintain reports, control documents, daily logs, and project records.
• Monitor contractor performance including submittals and construction progress.
