Qualifications
Must have seven years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
Full range of construction project controls report drafting and production (MS Office Suite).
Overseas experience is required.
Responsibilities
Manage construction project controls including cost and schedule management.
Prepare and maintain reports, control documents, and project records.
Monitor contractor performance including submittals and construction progress.
