Qualifications

• Must have seven years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Full range of construction project controls report drafting and production (MS Office Suite).
• Overseas experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project controls including cost and schedule management.
• Prepare and maintain reports, control documents, and project records.
• Monitor contractor performance including submittals and construction progress.
