Overview

The Global Programs Manager 4 is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth for a specific GTM segment or plan area. This role focuses on building comprehensive go-to-market strategies, establishing audience-specific thought-leadership initiatives, and aligning with business objectives through collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

What you will be doing
  • Develop and manage marketing strategies for GTM segments, setting goals and KPIs
  • Align insights from stakeholders with GTM strategies
  • Establish thought leadership and industry-specific strategies
  • Organize flagship industry events and collaborate with sales for outreach
  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop high-touch prospect events
  • Review and approve content strategies to ensure alignment with goals
  • Create comprehensive campaign briefs with clear objectives and messaging
  • Coordinate with international regional marketers for global engagement
  • Prioritize tasks and manage project timelines
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with business leaders and sales
  • Manage demand funnel health and optimize lead generation strategies
  • Track and report campaign performance and spend
  • Collaborate with external vendors and industry partners

Salary Range: $114,000-$132,000, plus benefits
