Job summary

FII is seeking a highly motivated Business Program Manager in Houston to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning the full lifecycle of customer programs in a contract manufacturing environment. You will serve as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, aligning strategy with operations from NPI through EOL.

You will manage schedules, interfaces, and contracts, while driving continuous improvement and optimizing global supply chain readiness to meet volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred and may substitute for some experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant program or project management experience.
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments; change management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a cross-functional internal team to ensure on-time, quality delivery of customer products.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules.
• Interface with customers and internal teams through all product lifecycle phases.
• Establish customer contracts and ensure terms are maintained.
• Monitor KPIs to measure project status.
• Develop competitive, profitable cost models.
• Resolve conflicts or issues with customers.
• Secure capacity and manpower to support product volume requirements.
• Ensure global supply chain functionality and resolve disruptions.
• Oversee ECO and change management processes.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
