Job summary

Waverley Street Foundation is seeking a Program Associate for Global Programs to support grantmaking processes, strengthen relationships, and provide knowledge management across teams in the United States and beyond.

The role focuses on diligence, coordination, and data-informed decision making to advance renewable agriculture and renewable energy initiatives, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across time zones and cultures.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in philanthropy, grantmaking, or a related field in a project management or administrative-heavy role.
• Experience working outside of the U.S. and/or with colleagues based in other countries.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to conversations around protocols, and operational best practices around grantmaking.
• Maintain program files, documents, and contracts.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, learning trips, and special events.
• Develop and manage meeting notes, to-do lists, tasks, and action items to ensure team projects run smoothly.
