Job summary

Orion Innovation is seeking a senior Program/Portfolio Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream technical programs within the delivery department. The role requires deep expertise in financial analysis, resource optimization, and multi-project coordination to align with organizational goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams across the globe, including India and the US, ensuring agile and DevOps practices, while managing budgets and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology delivery and program management for enterprise clients.
• 5+ years leading large-scale technical programs.
• Experience with server/infrastructure migration, cloud transformation, and AI-enabled modernization.
• Experience managing globally distributed delivery teams across regions.
• Experience running a client account as a portfolio of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream programs with governance and budget accountability.
• Lead program governance, reporting, RAID logs, and escalation paths.
• Provide technical delivery direction and align on risk, sequencing, and roadmaps.
• Own program budget, forecast, and profitability reporting.
• Manage resource allocation, staffing plans, and utilization across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales/presales on solution feasibility and proposals.
• Partner with shared services and Centers of Excellence to bring in required capabilities.
