Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in connector industry preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical product drawings.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to management.
• Ability to manage customer communication and expectations.
• Knowledge of project management software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program scope and objectives across multiple sites.
• Provide communication interface to customer for status, schedule and requirements.
• Lead technical teams across regions during product development programs.
• Schedule and chair internal meetings to keep actions on track.
• Coordinate internal and external suppliers for on-time completion of actions.
• Communicate resource requirements to management to maintain schedule.
• Define product specifications and program scope aligned with market needs.
• Ensure design for manufacturability during development.
• Plan capacity to meet demand across program phases.
• Provide regular program updates to management.
