Job summary

Culmen International, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead and support a US Air Force contract from a remote/global setting. You will head the Program Management Office, guide task orders, manage staffing, subcontracting, security, and performance, and coordinate with Government stakeholders.

The role requires availability for urgent requirements and international operations, with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance across dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience within the last seven years.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience with Government acquisition processes and DoD/AF programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Program Management Office for AFCAP-related tasks.
• Oversee multiple concurrent task orders in CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Ensure 24/7 responsiveness and rapid contract actions.
• Direct rapid proposal development for urgent requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, contracts, security, procurement, and quality/safety functions.
• Ensure compliance with security, ethics, and government regulations.
• Establish governance for schedule, cost, risk, and performance metrics.
• Manage relationships with Government and customers and provide status updates.
