Job summary

Culmen International is seeking an Alternate Program Manager to support an Air Force contract. The role supports contract-wide leadership, task-order execution, cross-functional coordination, and rapid-response readiness across globally dispersed activities.

The position requires active security clearance, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least two years of program management experience within the last seven years, with expertise in government acquisition processes and handling

• Requires active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of program management experience within the last seven years.
• Experience with government acquisition processes and managing multiple task orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated alternate to the Program Manager and exercise delegated authority for contract and task-order matters.
• Support day-to-day Program Management Office operations and the AFCAP Management Plan implementation.
• Coordinate multiple task orders, Site Managers, leads, partners, and subcontractors across dispersed locations.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call readiness and support mobilization, deployment, and mission-response activities.
• Monitor cost, schedule, staffing, quality, safety, security, procurement, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure actions comply with contract requirements, government direction, and applicable laws.
• Prepare program reports, briefings, action trackers, corrective-action plans, and decision materials.
• Maintain communication with Contracting Officer, Government PM, customers, and leadership.
• Verify personnel qualifications, clearances, training, and deployment documentation.
• Cover Program Manager duties during absences to ensure continuous leadership and performance.
