Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Global Program Manager to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.

The role owns enterprise programs end-to-end, coordinating adoption, change management, and ongoing lifecycle activities across Treasury, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and executives. You will manage 8–12 programs with strong organizational discipline, KPI tracking, and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mature customer-facing experience in Program Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or Implementation.
• Enterprise customer ownership, influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating, and managing difficult customers.
• Implementation and adoption experience, owning outcomes beyond managing project plans.
• Analytical skills with comfort in Excel, finance, treasury, or tax data.
• Independence, resilience, resourcefulness, and organizational skills to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise programs end-to-end, including implementation, rollout, adoption, and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Manage 8–12 programs or accounts with strong organization, KPIs, and attention to detail.
• Lead client relationships across Treasury, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and executives.
• Drive program adoption, optimization, and growth by identifying opportunities and enhancing performance.
• Act as a strategic advisor, navigating ambiguity, resolving issues, and coordinating internal teams.
• Monitor program KPIs, develop plans for continual improvement, and ensure measurable client outcomes.
• Manage program data and track critical metrics in CRM and project management tools.
• Influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process and program improvements.
