Job summary

  • Drive the design and deployment of multi-modal training content via the LEARN platform (instructor-led, micro-learning, video, gamified modules, interactive simulations).
  • Manage the Fortify Academy cohort cycle: enrollment coordination, facilitation logistics, graduation criteria, and post-Academy effectiveness measurement (knowledge gain, application of content, satisfaction scores).
  • Own measurement and reporting: define KPIs (knowledge gain, satisfaction targets, post-training application rates), build dashboards, and deliver program updates.
  • Maintain and evolve the FORGE Knowledge Hub Wiki as the single source of operational documentation across security domains.
  • Coordinate a global contributor base across regions, growing content coverage and ensuring consistency.
  • Own the People Manager Training framework: content development, regional adaptation, and delivery tracking.
  • Identify and implement AI-assisted development opportunities to improve content creation velocity and quality.
  • Partner cross-functionally with LXD, Ops Excellence, and regional CSM leadership to align training priorities with gaps and org priorities.

Job Description

DC Security is looking for a Program Manager to own and drive Program Fortify and related training/career development initiatives for our global security workforce. You'll design, deliver, and continuously improve blended training programs that build capability across Data Security Managers (DSMs) and field teams spanning AMER, APJC, and EMEA.

This role sits within the Data Center Safety, Security and Enviro team and reports into DC Security's program management organization. You'll work closely with Learning Experience Design (LXD), Training Operations, regional Cluster Security Managers (CSMs), and field contributors to scale training that is measurably effective.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the Fortify Training Program, including curriculum roadmap, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), or experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution
  • Experience in physical security, data center operations, or similar operational environments.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
