Evidence Action is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Finance to lead financial planning for the Syphilis-Free Start program as it expands across countries. You will build models, assess costs, and guide leaders on funding needs and tradeoffs.

The role reports to the Associate Director, Program Finance and collaborates with global and country teams. Opportunities include budget leadership, grant management, and cross-functional impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience leading financial planning for multi-country programs.
• Strong ability to translate program assumptions into budgets and cost models.
• Proficiency in donor-funded financial reporting and cost recovery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Shape Financial Strategy and Plans for multi-country programs and budgets.
• Develop multi-country proposals and budgets for donor formats.
• Design finance workstreams for country entry and partnerships.
• Manage SFS finances and coordinate cross-team financial reviews and reporting.
