Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination or related roles
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and locations preferred
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience with dashboards and executive summaries a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, and milestones.
• Coordinate governance activities including agendas, pre-reads, and status packs.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership summaries with clear visuals.
• Draft communications and ensure consistent program messaging across regions.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions and drive timely follow-up on decisions.
