Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager for Barracuda 500 International Growth. You will oversee manufacturing and production lifecycle, launching production lines in partner nations and supporting international opportunities.

You will work across engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, program management, growth and leadership to ensure successful global production programs. The role emphasizes driving efficiency, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management or a related field is required.
10–12+ years in operations program management, production, or manufacturing, preferably in defense/aerospace.
Experience launching new products and production lines or technology transfer programs.
Experience supporting growth opportunities, proposals, and readiness assessments.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes and workflows.
Experience with Agile, Lean, TPS or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project and Gantt charts.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
Strong communication and leadership to influence cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

Lead international production launches for Barracuda 500 in partner nations or companies.
Collaborate with growth and business development to scope manufacturing requirements.
Drive process optimization to improve efficiency, scalability and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor budgets and milestones; address issues to ensure on-time production.
Coordinate materials, tooling and labor to meet readiness goals.
Identify and mitigate operational, supply chain, regulatory, and technical risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align pre-production with business objectives.
Provide regular updates to internal leadership and foreign partner teams.
