Qualifications

• Education in engineering or environmental science or related field.
• 5-7 years of work experience in product design or product management.
• Leadership or managerial experience.
• Experience with Life Cycle Assessment / Product Carbon Footprint methodologies and tools.
• Proven track record in the design and development of new products.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainable product and packaging design strategies across the company.
• Oversee product carbon footprint analyses and data governance.
• Collaborate with supply chain to improve sustainable procurement and transport.
• Partner with engineering to implement actions reducing emissions and improving circularity.
• Develop and scale PCF program and align with external standards.
• Train sales/marketing to communicate sustainability results externally.
