  • Develop and document procedures to install, retrofit, and maintain products (Technical Product Manuals).
  • Train Customer Engineers, Process Engineers, and Technical Product Support assigned to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products. Contribute to the FMECA process. Participate in or own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab. Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified. Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate (if required) on New Product final test Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues. Participate in or own CAPA process. Conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) if needed Develop and document procedures to install (start-up), retrofit and maintain the product (Technical Product Manuals) Develop new procedures, Customer Engineering Notices (CENs), Internal Service Bulletins (ISBs) and troubleshooting guides as required Collect process and qualification data to create product Best Known Methods (BKMs) Develop initial training package for new products and work with Global Technical Training (GTT) to develop training class. Train Customer Engineers (CEs), Process Engineers (PSEs) and Technical Product Support (TPS) assigned to customers who will receive ELS Shipments, prior to shipping Identify new parts that require to be stocked by AGS and work with them to ensure parts are stocked in correct locations Functional Knowledge Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines Business Expertise Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Leadership Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements Problem Solving Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Impact Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies Interpersonal Skills Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus New Product Release New product first-in-fab startup support - technical training of TPS & account teams; Issue resolving Communicate with customer and field team for facility/ utility requirements Product manual release Work with DE to test new hardware/software in the lab Support TMC (Mfg. Eng.) to make final test procedure and provide support for final test Work with TPS and FSO to release wish list for new product development Responsible for PLC product support (Manual ,Field support plan, etc.) Set SPL and PLD (Spare Part List and & Part Lifetime Definition ) Field Issue Support Single point of contact to field team - manage weekly field issue meeting; issue summary/ tracking On-site support of TPS escalations and Identify & resolve top product issues PSER and JIRA issue timely closure Coordinate retrofit submission with TPS/eTPS Coordinate beta site testing and reporting AGS Support Manage TSL (Target Spares List) and align with AGS to minimize overstock inventory SPS review related to legacy products and EOL parts and ECN generation as required Support AGS supply chain development

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
