Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred but significant experience can substitute.
• 5+ years of global product regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and compliance activities across regulatory standards.
• Provide senior-level guidance on product regulatory matters.
• Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments and translate into actions.
• Collaborate with QHSE, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, and Labs.
• Prepare external registrations, certifications, and notifications.
• Author SDS and maintain product documentation.
