Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Process Owner for Product Quality Reporting to lead end-to-end BPDR, FAR, APR, and PQR governance within Innovative Medicine Quality. The role unifies regulatory reporting, product reviews, data analytics, and governance across the lifecycle.

Based in Titusville, NJ, the GPO collaborates with sites, Platform Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, data-driven decisions, improved visibility, and sustainable process performance across global

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional programs.
Experience translating regulatory requirements into sustainable processes.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end BPDR/FAR and APR/PQR process architecture and governance for IM.
Lead global BPDR/FAR governance, filings, and decision rights.
Oversee APR/PQR governance and annual product review processes.
Align product-quality insights across BPDR/FAR, APR/PQR, complaints, investigations, NC/CAPA, and escalation.
Drive standardization, simplification, and global consistency of processes and data.
