Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Product Marketer for the Scotch-Brite Brand in Maplewood, MN. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive brand KPI improvements, and manage NPI efforts across insights, R&D, and finance to build a strong business case.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5+ years in marketing or related fields; MBA and 10+ years are a plus. You’ll collaborate globally to grow sales and margins in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) or more years of marketing, strategy creation, business operations, new product development/commercialization, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve Scotch-Brite brand consumer KPI scorecard including timeline and cross-functional team leadership to implement programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional and Area teams to drive sales & gross margin growth for assigned product lines
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts with Insights, R&D, Finance, Portfolio Innovation and Marketing Communications to develop deliverables for Gate process
• Contribute to Scotch-Brite brand global marketing planning and Quarterly Portfolio Action Meeting updates
• Analyze market and business performance, provide consumer insights for monthly meetings and plan to hit financial targets
