With responsibility across the full product lifecycle, you will support portfolio strategy, product development, commercialization, forecasting, inventory management, customer engagement, and ongoing portfolio optimization. You will collaborate with global teams across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to address the complex and often underserved needs of pediatric spine patients.

This highly visible role offers meaningful engagement with key opinion leaders, senior leadership, and strategic growth initiatives within Medtronic’s Cranial and Spine Technologies business.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the pediatric portfolio, performing product demonstrations and supporting education and training for surgeons, sales representatives, and customers.
  • Contribute across upstream and downstream marketing activities by translating customer insights and unmet clinical needs into product requirements, business cases, market strategies, and commercialization plans.
  • Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support product development and lifecycle activities from concept through commercialization.
  • Plan and execute Voice of Customer activities, including surgeon advisory boards, validation studies, technology evaluations, customer education programs, and conference engagements.
  • Develop and execute product launch and market development strategies to drive adoption and expand therapy utilization.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitive information to recommend product enhancements, portfolio improvements, and future development opportunities.
  • Manage product sales forecasting, inventory planning, and supply coordination to align customer demand with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing customer and field support, gathering feedback and coordinating with internal partners to address product and service needs.
  • Track key performance indicators and provide insights and recommendations to support portfolio performance, strategic decision-making, and annual operating plan development.
  • Support budget planning and financial forecasting for assigned products and programs.
