Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Global Product Management to develop and manage products and services serving CSOs, CMOs and their teams. Lead product strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management with high visibility and impact on Gartner’s business.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and GPM teams to deliver measurable client value and drive commercial growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
• 5-7 years of progressive business experience with 3-5 years product strategy/product management experience
• Experience in CSO or CMO research or related fields is a plus
• Strong analytical abilities with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience applying AI and emerging technologies to workflows

Responsibilities

• Voice of client and market – stay connected with CSOs/CMOs and synthesize insights to inform product strategy
• Product development, management and evolution – conceptualize and iterate on offerings with strong product-market fit
• Create, launch, track and iterate on new value sources including digital experiences, data, tools and insights
• Analyze product performance and drive actions with stakeholders
• Drive go-to-market and client success from adoption to retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and prioritize opportunities
• Leverage AI-driven tools to calibrate client-facing value delivery
