Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, seeks a Global Product Line Manager - Modular to drive the portfolio expansion of Modular Datacenter Infrastructure products and achieve market share leadership through both organic and inorganic growth.

Reporting to the VP, Business Development, the role emphasizes sustainability, IEC/UL compliance, and collaboration across Flex units to position Anord Mardix as a leader in modular data center solutions, building SME capabilities and guiding strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Electrical product experience required.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and M&A.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and industry standards (NEMA/IEC).
• Sustainability and ESG experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team with accountability and succession planning.
• Oversee P&L for the product line and maximize profitability.
• Develop and execute the product line strategy.
• Lead M&A initiatives including due diligence and integration planning.
• Drive market share leadership through R&D and SME positioning.
